What is a social score?
We undertake comprehensive analysis of your social media activity covering key aspects such as interaction, spending habits, geographical activity and the nature of the content you are publishing/viewing. From here, we then collate all of the information to translate this into an overall score which can later be used to assess your personality, your trustworthiness, your employability and your creditworthiness.
Why does a social score matter?
These days, an increasing number of companies, banks and all sorts of institutions are using social scoring information in their assessment and decision making processes. This means that your social media activity can actually become a decisive factor in important moments of your life, like finding a job or getting access to a financial product.
What can First Call Social do for me?
By subscribing to First Call Social, you’ll get a complete report on your digital footprint, including:

How often can I check my social impact report and social score?
You can check your social impact report and social score as many times as you want, 24/7. Your subscription to First Call Social gives you unlimited access to your account.
I’m having trouble signing in. Can you help?
Don’t panic if you are having trouble signing in to your First Call Social account. Just click on ‘Forgotten Password’ and we will send you an email immediately where you can change this and re-gain access straight away. If you are still having trouble after this, please contact our team Monday – Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm through email email@example.com, telephone 03455651778 or by sending us a message through the contact form.
How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your account, head to ‘My Account’ on your First Call Social dashboard. From here, click on the link ‘Cancel My Account’. Next select ‘Yes, Cancel My Account’ to confirm the cancellation, where your account will then be terminated. You will now stop paying your monthly fees of £28.96, and will be unable to access your account or social score information any more.
Can I have a refund?
First Call Social is a monthly subscription service. When you sign up, you agree to pay a monthly fee of £28.96. All members are free to cancel their account at any point without any penalty and we won’t charge any more monthly fees after cancellation. You will not, however, be entitled to receive a refund for the subscription fees you have paid.
Can I change my password?
To change your password at any time, simply sign in to your account, go to your ‘My Profile’ page and then go to ‘Change Password’ to create a new password. Click the ‘Confirm Change’ button and your password will be immediately changed.
Can I change my payment information or contact details?
Has your payment information or any of your details become out of date? No problem – you can easily change these with our team of experts at First Call Social.
